10.3 peso63 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
